TerraChi VR Experience

Be transported to a stylised world with our interactive VR Experience, where Tai Chi inspired moves and biometrics allow you to change the world around you. Grow trees and mountains, conjure fireballs and water, explore the rich and beautiful landscape and interact with the island inhabitants.

 

10am

Crime Scene Simulation Lab Walk Through

Unlock your inner Sherlock Holmes and detect real life crimes in our Crime Scene Simulation Lab. Enter the world of DNA and investigation. You’ll feel like you’re in the next episode of CSI: Miami.

 

11am

Donuts and student clubs’ demonstrations

Course hunting got you feeling hungry? Grab a free donut from the Alumni Green and channel your inner karate kid with the UTS Jitsu Society’s martial arts demonstration. UTS clubs and societies will be on the alumni green all day, giving you a taste of what student life is all about.

 

12pm

Justice is Served! Mock Trial Demonstration

Can you handle the truth? You’ve seen law on TV, now it’s time to battle it out in the courtroom. Experience what it’s like to appear in court and watch a live Mock Trial in action.

 

1pm

UTS Startups Info Session

Bright and full of ideas? Discover how students are creating their own jobs while at uni by turning their ideas into businesses. UTS Startups is the home of student entrepreneurship at UTS, where students can find a community that’ll inspire and support them to develop a great business idea.

 

2pm

Virtual AFL Challenge

Sweat it out with our virtual AFL challenge. Test your AFL handball skills against the clock and compete for prizes – no experience needed.

 

3pm

Data Arena Tours

Don your 3D goggles at the UTS Data Arena – a facility that lets us view data in ways never before possible. This virtual reality environment means you’re not just viewing data, you’re interacting with it. It’s 20mins you won’t want to miss!
