Fundamentals

Start by reviewing the most basic concepts. This ensures that the rest of your study isn’t spent unable to move into more complex work.

Practise Problems

From there, move into a series of practise problems. They are an active way to study and allows you to determine your weaknesses while also reinforcing theoretical knowledge.

Online Resources!

If you’re struggling to understand certain concepts from a textbook, switch up how you’re learning. Try online videos or visual aids to utilise different parts of your brain!

Don’t forget the hard stuff

Don’t be afraid to have a go of the harder questions/topics. They will be in your exam and assignments, so the earlier you start them, the more time you must address any confusion! The more problem-solving practise you have the better!

Practise Papers/Quizzes

To prepare for exams, tests and quizzes, have a go at practise papers in EXAM CONDITIONS. This will allow you to test your ability to stay sharp over a longer period of continued focus, and builds your understanding away from your notes!

Break it up!

As with any subject, it is important to take good breaks. They allow you to recharge mentally and physically, and should include good food, water and some physical movement!
