"Just a few bits... ATP: not exactly an enzyme, or else there wouldn't really be ATPase. It's not even a protein, it's a nucelotide. Channel proteins and carrier proteins are examples of BOTH active and passive diffusion. They may allow passive (facilitated- no ATP) diffusion. They also allow active transport (e.g. ion pumps). Substrate concentration and enzyme concentration have slightly confusing definitions. Increased substrate concentration does not impact on the rate of enzyme activity. Also, if all the active sites of enzymes are not full adding more substrate may fill more active sites therefore an increase in reaction rate. Sunlight has to go on top of Chlorophyll in the photosynthesis reaction. Auxin is also produced in the tip of the root. :s"
