Hi Foodies! :) Often, schools get students to do a production plan along with additional evaluation questions for every recipe - this is in the practical component of each SAC. So here is a sample production plan and detailed answers to many analysis questions in one of the practical components of Unit 3 AOS 1 and 2 of VCE Food Studies. Both of these scored full marks. Hope you find this useful in terms of making sure how your answers should be comprehensive, knowing how fine attention to detail stands out and is awarded by teachers and assessors! :)
