Journeys AOS Creative Writing

2 Aug 2022 33 views HSC Year 11 English

Hey, there! This is my creative writing for the AOS I did in Year 11 'Journeys.' I received full marks for it and it is my pride and joy to this day. My suggested approach to memorising creatives is also shown in this document; I highlight one key, distinctive word in each sentence and write them out on a separate piece of paper. I then practised writing under exam conditions with only a word per sentence as an aid and eventually, all I had to do was memorise a few words, as opposed to a full story word for word. I hope this method helps and that my creative can help show a less conventional approach to writing, using fragmentation, other languages and intertextuality. Have a nice day!
