Food Fuels and the Energy Systems.

This is a really in-depth look at the energy systems but I've summarised the key characteristics of the three energy systems as well. I also go over how to train the energy systems. Honestly I wouldn't think you'd need to know this much detail for the exam but you just need to know the basic concept and characteristics of the energy system in terms of which energy system dominates and that sort of thing.
