He said that in most cases inputs are identical so it won't be a big issue. You're welcome to call him right now and talk to him about it, I'm PMing you his number :)

We have unfortunately had to cancel UMAT due to factors completely out of our control. Everyone who has booked has been sent an email and will be fully refunded, but to all AN members, we are extremely sorry.

We will be holding a free Chemistry lecture for those that had booked, but we would also like to extend this to anyone on AN and students in general. For more details you can visit the website: http://www.connecteducation.com.au/umat.html

Please be sure to reserve a seat and we hope you find this helpful :)

I'm a bit shattered with this as well, completely behind anyone challenging the currently UMAT monopoly out there :(

Perhaps rather than free, people are permitted to pay any amount they please to a charity of choice?
vce: english, methods, spesh, chemistry, physics, geography.

Yeah, kinda shattered as well.  I think it would have been a great success and certainly much more helpful compared to what is currently available, especially for the price.

@ Team 'Shattered' - I'm the most heartbroken of all of you and would also like to join. We did not take this decision lightly but it would have been just way too risky to continue with all the things we were up against.

@ Taiga - That this wasn't able to continue is a sign of the disgusting state of affairs within this industry. It really has me quite bitter on the workings of society in general. Re your suggestion, I'd be delighted if people did something charitable but I'm not too keen on the idea of turning this into a charity event because I think a lot of companies abuse this and use it as flimsy marketing. If people would like to make a donation we would love them to do it in their own time.

This is true, only suggested it on the basis of getting some good out of the lecture (aside from the obvious 50+ odd kids gaining knowledge :P )
