I had to do that exact same project in 1/2...
The generic answer to a) is:
it is civil because it is a person/firm/government body other than Regina(the queen)/the DPP [although on a side note, the DPP could sue someone if they wanted] seeking a remedy (usualy $) from another person/firm/government body.
OR
it is criminal becasue Regina(the queen)/the DPP (the state) is seeking a criminal sanction against someone who they believe has acted or failed to act in compliance with a law.
b)
civil: to return the wronged party to their original position
criminal: to punish, rehabilitate, denounce and deter the offender, protect the community and deter others.
c)specific to the case realy.
d) civil: injunction or damages usualy.
criminal: there's heaps. Go with fine/imprisonment if it doesn't say in the article.
Also, only a fool would copy any of those answers word for word. But follow those basic answers for each question and you'll be right.
