I hope atarnotes is able to post a scan of the exam, as per previous years. Not every teacher/tutor is able to grab a copy.  Good luck to all candidates.

Have you had a look at the exam yet, Joe? If so, what did you think?

I was unable to sleep due to my nerves. As a result, my structure and expression was not as good as it should have been. I wrote about 3 pages for text response and AA. 1.5 for comparative 😅

Hey, at least it's done! :D

What was the hardest section, do you think? And the easiest?

IMO the language analysis was decent. Personally, I really disliked both the comparative prompts for my texts (black diggers and the longest memory). Hopefully my performance on the other two salvage my grade  :-\

Nope; had to take an excursion once the kids went in. Will be fascinating to see what they came up and whether any of my guesstimates were correct.

Anyone who did Frankenstein, how do you think it went? Personally I struggled with the prompts given, chose the 2nd one hesitantly and wrote a pretty ordinary essay :-\ I'm predicting 5/10 which is really below my standard.

It was some newsletter from a primary school that raised concerns about littering. Contained one comment

Examiners don't care about persuasive techniques.
