Hi all,

If you feel this might be too you know, feel free to remove it. It was given the thumbs up by uni staff two weeks ago (it's already posted on a uni group page), so I hope it's alright to post here too.

Are You Okay 2021/22

Sometimes faces can be deceiving.

Sometimes body language can be deceiving.

Sometimes words can be deceiving.

Sometimes actions can be deceiving.

Some live in the midst of lies.

Some are as as young as 5.

Some live multiple lives.

Some are aware.

Some plead they have no choice.

Some find it hard to forgive.

Some find it hard to accept others.

Some find it hard to accept themselves.

Some find it hard to accept the state of things.

Some find it hard to face the truth.

There's no one way for many things.

Like the above scenarios. It can absolutely vary.

It can be so hard to be unprejudiced.

To let go of what we think or thought we knew.

But it is how we continue to believe in our assumptions, that adds further falsehoods to the already excessive falsehoods.

Forcing some to end it all.

If we truly care. If we really want to make the impossible possible. It starts with addressing the 'good', the 'bad', and the 'ugly'.

Addressing what we believe on the inside.

If there's someone that holds a place in your heart. Whether they're a bestie, mate or not. That you haven't told them: how much they mean to you. Today's the day to tell them ❤
