I really need an 80+ ATAR

Hi lovely people of ATAR notes!

So I need to get at least an 80 ATAR in order to get into the course I really want, but I'm lowkey scared I won't. All my friends say I will. I do work very hard and my average is probably a 90,p through out the year, this does not count further though ): that's probably a 70.

This is bad asking for external validation, but, is an 80 possible for me?

Thank you so much, I love this community a lot ❤️

Hey,  the score you receive on your SACs doesn't actually tell us much about what study score you'll get as it's very dependent on exam performance. SACs are important because they determine what your rank is within your cohort, and your final score for SACs is based on that rank and how well your cohort does on the exam.  NB: this does NOT mean that if you go to an underrepresented school you're screwed.

At this point it's 100% possible for you to get 80+ (very dependent on your exam scores).

Good luck & I believe in you!!
