Is my fate already sealed? Will i get a straight 0?

Did you write the module names in the boxes? If so, there's still hope.

People accidentally do this every year. Most of the time, if the student neither wrote the modules in the boxes nor shaded the boxes, they usually figure out which ones you did because the answers for each module are quite different. Typically, no marks are deducted besides the ones you made mistakes on.
