Quite badly
Bump! How are you finding that your sleep pattern is changing with school holidays?
Well, I've been waking up at a later time and going to bed at a later time as well. What's really concerning is that I'm actually oversleeping a lot, which is quite bad.
9/12/2019 - 21/12/2019How I've gone so far with General Goals for the Holidays:- Wake up at 9:00 am and go to bed at 10:00 pm to read until 11:30 I've been going to bed at 1-2am and waking up at 12:30am
- Drink around 4 bottles of water (around 600ml each) Yep
- Do at least 30 mins or more of Physical Activity I've only been exercising sporadically really
- Reduce lollies and sugary food Nope
In terms of Language logs, I've still done nothing for both languages and haven't even touched my holiday HW. I'm planning on being more productive from tomorrow/today onwards though.
Specific Goals for 21/12/2019:- Go to bed/like actually sleep after posting this
- Organise my desk (there's too much stuff on it)
- Type up the list of Holiday HW that I have to get done
- 1 hour of Vocabulary for LOTE 3/4 (this includes writing the vocab list)
- 1 hour of Vocabulary for LOTE 1/2 (this includes writing the vocab list)
- Wrap (I can't remember the actual name of it) my textbooks
- Read up to pg250 of Lit book
- Hopefully buy the last of the Christmas presents and wrap them all up!
I'll be back at 9:30 pm tomorrow at the latest to update y'all on how I went and hopefully I don't go AWOL on you guys again
