I have an interview for s scholarship on Wednesday
I'm trying to think of what they might ask me so I can prepare.
Anyone have any ideas? Or has experience with them?

Depends on the scholarship - usually interviews will be a mix of behavioural questions and some more technical questions (this highly depends on what you're applying to).

Behavioural questions are the most easily prepared for - go on google and google 'sample behavioural questions'.

In regards to technical questions your best bet is to ask friends who've interviewed before what sort of questions they received - they tend to be fairly repetitive.

Hey there,
Congrats on getting the interview!

Like what Orb said, it depends on what type of scholarship it is. But generally speaking, there tends to be overlaps with the type of questions. Usually, it's things like 'Tell me about yourself' or 'Why do you think you're the perfect candidate for this scholarship.' For my Women in Engineering interview, they asked me about what engineering experiences I've had and what pieces of technology I think has the biggest impact on society. They also asked me questions on the topics I brought up in my application so go back through your application and see what you wrote.

Good luck!
