f I havent done well in unit 3 for any subject but do well in unit 4 and the exam. Can I get a 90+ atar.

It's actually very difficult to say, because study scores (and therefore ATARs) aren't really based on raw marks in isolation.

I know it kinda sucks not knowing, but your best bet to get a 90+ ATAR will be to focus as much as you can on things you can control. For example, working on study techniques to improve your marks.
