Everyone should be able to access it but let me know if you can't.

It's not A because using trial and error if you let f(x)= 3x^5
                                            Then f'(x)= 15x^4
                                            Therefore G(x)=15x^4
                                            Hence g(x)= 60x^3
  5/3 is not an integer?
Lol can any1 confirm  answer is D

from memory, i got D for 16 because b/a=m or something, and m is an integer

Yeah given that m-n = 2, if you sub a few values in m/n won't always be integers, so it can't be A.

edit; and yeah eventually you can find out that b/a = mn + m, given that m and n are positive integers, b/a will be a positive integer as well. hence, D is correct.

How I did 16:
Since f'(x) is an antiderivative of g(x), thus g(x) = f''(x).
f'(x) = amx^(m-1)
f''(x) = am(m-1)x^(m-2)
But f''(x)=g(x)
So am(m-1)x^(m-2) = bx^n.
Hence m-2 = n so n-m = -2, so E isn't it.
Equating coeffs: am(m-1) = b hence b/a = m(m-1), but
m-2 = n, and n is a positive integer, so m>=3, hence m(m-1) is an integer, D
