In Commerce, you can do as many as 8 breadths (100 credit points). It's still a minimum of 4 and a max of 3 level-1 breadths though as far as I know.

Guys, I just saw a story on 7 News informing that the person who fell to her death in New Zealand was University of Melbourne Biomedical Engineering student Nicola Andrews, who I'm pretty sure had an account on this forum (username hobbitle). I am deeply moved by this news and I thought I'd pass it on for the benefit of her friends here. I'm so sorry to have heard this.

Yup that was her.

Although I didn't personally know her, it's quite shocking (I'm deeply saddened) to hear this. This is also compounded with the fact that it's right before Christmas :(

I'm quite shocked and deeply saddened by this, considering she was a prominent contributor to this forum and a fellow student of Melbourne Uni. Her last post on atarnotes happened to be a post in response to mine :( :(.  RIP

Heard about it earlier from her Facebook (then, the news). I was hoping I wouldn't be the person to make this post.

I met her a handful of times in the 'real world' as well (she joined the lab I did my UROP in after I left). I didn't know her very well, but the handful of times I met her confirmed the impression that people have of her here. Wonderfully driven person, she's clearly touched a lot of people. I know it's a cliche to say this, but she's gone far too young.

I hope her family and friends are coping well in what is clearly a very difficult time.

I can't believe this. Although I did not know Nicola personally, I conversed with her a few times through PM discussing university subjects and of course on the forum. She was a very authentic, helpful and intelligent individual who had a promising future. Thinking of her friends and family.

Hi all,

I am after lecture slides and recordings for subjects I intend to do next year. These subjects are:

MIIM30002 - Principles of Immunology
PATH30001 - Mechanisms of Human Disease
NEUR30005 Developmental Neurobiology

I am willing to pay for these. If anyone has the LMS materials for any of these subjects I would greatly appreciate if you could please PM me.

Thanks

hey guys,

I'm after a huge favour. I had intentionally saved the Chem1 and 2, and Biology 1 and 2, and Fundamentals of Physics lectures in order to use them to study for the GAMSAT.

But it seems like I have lost them. Would anyone happen to have these lying around?

It would aid with my studies heaps! Thanks in advance.

For anyone who did Intermediate Financial Accounting, was the textbook necessary to do the subject? I have blown hundreds of dollars on textbooks in first year and barely touched them and I don't want to waste anymore.

Hey guys, when do we get notified whether we've gotten into subjects with a quota such as anatomy? Also what happens if we don't get in?
