Math methods PSMT help

Hi all! Iím new to AtarNotes but I need some help with a Unit 3 Math Methods PSMT.
Our task is to create a character themed pool and calculate the area using calculus.
Iíve designed my model and calculated the area but Iím stuck on writing it up.
More specifically, I canít think of how to evaluate it (reasonableness, strength and limitations) and how to justify the decisions made. I was planning to compare the values calculated by hand to those on the calculator but they would be the same since itís the same functions and limits so I canít calculate error.
Has anyone done a similar task or know what I should be things considering?

Some things to think about:
How did you decide what fictions top use?
Do they exactly represent how the pool would be?
If you measured a table irl would you be confident in the area down to the nanometre?
How well does your pool suit the character?
Were there sacrifices or trade-offs that you made?

It might help to try thinking from a "common-sense" perspective without feeling like your ideas need to initially be very maths-y

Thanks Bri! I already have a couple of "common-sense" strengths and limitations but I'm not sure about what type of math I would need to do in the evaluation to show its strengths and limitations?
