Is the statement of study score and marks free?

Hi, not sure if this is the right board to post one but this seemed to be the closest to what Iím asking about...

Iíve read online that apparently the statement of study scores and marks for the exams are free? At first I thought it costed 25 dollars or whatever, but when I checked to form again, I did realise it doesnít clearly state that the statement of marks costs money.
Can someone please clarify?
2019:
Biology [42]   Economics [46]

2020:
Methods[ 25-30]
English [24-27]
Chemistry [ 0 ]
Legal studies [35-40]

I sent my application to the email in step 6 on friday 5pm, but i still havenít received anything back : (
