I honestly haven't been able to update this. It's kind of on a hiatus until school holidays ):

iíve been going to the gym every other day, and trying to drink 8 glasses of water a day. iíll come in at the end of the day most days to track my progress.
my 2L water bottle has unfortunately broken haha, so iíll have to get another one.
iím also looking forward to start boxing and body combat !
as for screen time, iím aiming to stay under one hour a day.

No, I measure the screentime on my phone and ipad but not for my computer, as I use it mostly for school. On the occasion that I use it for something else, I try to limit myself.

Itís honestly hard. Iím a hugeeeee Youtube watcher, so I just find that time goes by so quickly. As for my phone, I have the limit setting on that notifies me when Iíve spent enough time.

Trying to stick to going to the gym every second day, but I didnít go today eek
Water intakes been lower than usual but Iím working on it
Iíve been making green smoothies every morning so I can get more fruits and veggies in my diet!
