Yes, I would definitely recommend it!
The topics in year 11 include thermodynamics(heat stuff), the universe, forces and motion, electricity.
Year 12 is forces and motion, electricity, special relativity, light and waves.
The questions are mainly either using formulas, where you plug numbers into and find an answer, or use problem solving skills with the equation, or they are questions that are asking you something to test your knowledge on a particular concept and how or why something occurs.
I reckon its a really cool subject because you can learn why things happen and how various things work! It's important if you want to do engineering.
2018: Biology
2019: Chemistry, Physics, Math Methods, English, Japanese

I am so late but - no.
I am currently doing physics unit 2 and very unhappy about it :(( I was gonna drop it at unit 1 but I was like Iím just gonna suck it up.

Itís up to peopleís liking honestly! The topics are as the user above mentioned. I donít know if I find the topics very boring or whether my teacherís very boring.

Iíd say, if you donít truly need it then donít take it :(
