Committal proceedings

For committal proceedings, do we need to know about the processes in it (i.e. filing hearing, hand up brief) or just know what it is and its purposes (i.e. to determine if a prima facie case exists)

According to the study design, you only need to know the purposes and definitions of committal proceedings. If youíre in a sac, you can probably include the additional information to show the teacher that you know what youíre talking about, but I donít think itís essential and you can certainly get full marks without it.
