Sydney Uni E12 Scheme

Hey guys.
I was just wondering if there's anyone in this atar notes community that is currently enrolled at Usyd through the E12 pathway. If so, when did you know if your application was successful? So far it is my understanding that your application for disadvantage (eg mine is a low socioeconomic school) must first be approved and accepted - implying that even if you are eligible to be recognised as disadvantaged your application still might not be accepted? is that correct? Because I need a 96 under the E12 Scheme, as opposed to a 99.5. However this lowered entry mark only applies if my E12 application is successful, right?
If there's anyone who's been through this process, and even better, anyone who got into law at USYD through E12 then I would love to hear back!!!
