Changing my mind later on

If I've enrolled in a unit and I've already allocated the preferred times for it, will I be able to change it later on? That is, choose another unit and timetable that one instead later on (as long as it's before the deadline)? Thank you! :)

As long as it's before the 13th of March, you can do whatever the fuck you want with your units and timetable. :P
Currently Undertaking: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Supramolecular Photochemistry (things that don't bond but they do and glow pretty colours)

Previous Study: Bachelor of Science Advanced (Research) - Monash University, majoring in Mathematical Statistics and Chemistry

Don't PM me if it can be asked on the forums

Does this apply to Semester 2 units as well? Say after semester 1, I don't like the unit I've picked for Semester 2 (which I chose at the start of the year), can I change that as well? Hopefully that made sense!

For some reason, I feel like I'm going to regret this post say in a year HAHA

Oh don't worry, you will DEFINITELY regret it. :P

Nah, cut-off for semester 2 is aaaaages away. The date I gave only applies for semester 1. The date for semester 2 should be about the same time, but half a year later.

If you change units after allocate is closed and has its sorting programme ran, you will just have to accept whatever slots have availability. It won't really be a preference thing like it is currently after that. If Tuesday morning is the only time available for the subject you swap into, you will just have to accept that.

Otherwise, like Euler says, you have plenty of time to change your mind.

Preference entry opens
Tuesday 13 January, 10:00am
Preference entry closes
Thursday 19 February, 5:00pm
Allocation adjustment opens
Tuesday 24 February, 10:00am
