Does anyone find that mangoes nowadays aren't as sweet as they used to be?

Nope, haven't had that problem. Get the soft red mangoes that they sell at the market :)

It depends what variety you buy. Also bear in mind each variety is available at slightly different times. My favourite are the Kensington mangoes but they're already out of season now. :(
