Hey,
I found this to be simplest way to show the relationship between the biomedical and social model of health.

It is important to use both models of health because the social model of health is important as it aims to prevent disease and illnesses. However it is impossible to prevent all conditions therefore the biomedical model health is used to diagnose and treat diseases and illnesses when they occur.

Hope this helps :)
