Physics Sac

Hello, currently the only sac I have left for physics is the prac where I have to conduct my own experiment and make a poster on it.

I'm stuck on ideas of what to do, does anyone have any advice? I was thinking something fun and interesting like how much force it'd take to break something, and do a comparison between real life human limits vs what's shown in film (such as marvel) but there I have no idea how to do the calculations, what formulas I need etc.
