I have looked and the RMIT website for information about the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (which is a pretty cool degree) . I did not find an atar selection rank/ requirement to get into the degree. This is because, if you scroll down to the "Selection Criteria" tab and click on the drop down menu of, "Applicants with recent secondary education (current and within the past two years)", you will see that it is a new course commencing in semester 1 of 2020, thus why no atar has been determined yet.

I think this means that depending on the amount of people who want to do the course and how high each applicants atars are, then a selection rank may be released for students commencing study in 2021

If it helps, the previous version with specialisations (e.g. Bachelor of Engineering - civil, mechanical, chemical at RMIT) historically was in the late 60s- early 80s for minimum ATAR (unadjusted), which were early - late 80s after adjustments. Prior to the introduction of selection ranks, clearly in ATAR was mostly in the 70s or 80s.

These might be used as very rough guidelines, given that there’s no data for the new general course yet.
