Hi i am doing the hsc this year but im feeling a bit worried by the way im doing in the exams right now and i was worried about my ATAR. my school gives ATAR after mid years and trials. for mid years i got 70.65 and for trials i got 83.85 (this only takes in the specific results I got for mid years or trials and nothing else). My school is ranked top 60 within NSW and i need an ATAR of 78 to get in a course i want to do, do you think its possible still?

I'm no expert on this but here's my uninformed opinion  I think, definitely! As your school places top 60, I can imagine your cohort would be quite strong. This definitely helps in the HSC, as the closer together your year is bunched in the marks you receive in the exams will raise you all up. Keep confident! Everyone has doubts walking out of their HSC exams.
