Guys I am on the verge to finding my formal dress since it will be exam time when we actually find them. But I can’t help but feel bad about myself because of my pear shape figure. I have really tried a lot of exercises on loosing thigh fat but none of them work. I already made a pledge to myself that I won’t go to formal if my body’s not perfect according to me. Can someone please guide me on which exercises will actually get rid of my pear shape? It’s really annoying because I start purposely hurting myself if I’m not a good size.

hey man......firstly you got to realize that different people have different body shapes and maybe your normal body shape is that of a pear and nothing can be done to change that apart from plastic surgery......that being said there are ways to cut down fat and losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercising. do mainly cardio and try different diets to see which helps you......the main premise of the diet being cutting down on junk food.

I'd say that as much as exercise may give you the body you want, accepting yourself as you are now is super important. At the end of the day, the person hurt by you disliking yourself is you. People naturally have different body shapes and who's to say which is better or worse than others.

At different points in history, many different things are have been considered attractive.

I hope that you can grow more confident in yourself, and spend time exercising and eating healthily as a way of loving yourself.

That being said, it can never hurt to cut down on junk food or take up a healthy hobby. Step aerobics is a lot of fun and is meant to aid in losing excess fat where typical pear-shaped bodies carry it.

I hope that you choose to go to formal and pick a super awesome dress! Would love to see a picture!
