Not sure how to do this, spent 10 minutes staring at the question...
Just need working out for part I pleasee. Thanks

$\text{Using Pythagoras' theorem in the}\\ \text{right-angled triangle drawn, we have}\\ \begin{align*}r^2 + (10-h)^2 &= 10^2\\ r^2 + 100 - 20h + h^2 &= 100\\ r^2 &= 20h - h^2 \end{align*}$
$\text{So since the surface area of the water is just }A = \pi r^2\\ \boxed{A = \pi (20h - h^2)}$
