Any of these would be awesome:

MEC2401 Dynamics I
MEC2402 Engineering design I
MEC2403 Mechanics of materials
MEC2456 Engineering computational analysis
First two have been done pretty recently (as in first sem this year), so it wouldn't have changed too much.

He speaks the truth, you can ask anyone that did PHS2011 and they will agree with that review. Anyways although I did PHS2022 this time last year, I wouldn't mind posting up a review if people are still interested!

I recommend doing the unit with the mind set of "it's okay to not understand something" because 99% of the people won't know what's going on either,  especially quantum mechanics,  if someone said that they understand the quantum world, then they haven't seen enough of it.  My final advice is don't ever overload while doing a phs unit unless if you feel like crying everyday

I did Korean introductory 1 & 2 this year. No one would ever fail these units. Easy HD if you put in even only a little bit of effort. And it's super fun!! :D I'll write a detailed review tonight if you want.

Astrophysics major is a bit different... level 2 physics units are recommended in third year astro so they assume you already know these concepts..then they build mathematical modelling onto physics...it's like applied physics..on the other hand, physics rewards more conceptual understanding rather than maths
