Need for clarification.

I'm kind of getting sick of all the ambiguity and conflicting answers in many of the prac exams I've done. A few have been a bit lazy as well as they have put down one answer then change answers in the explanation, so I'd just like a bit of clarity in a few questions.

Cortisol, released in COUNTER-SHOCK or RESISTANCE first?
Eustress, PHYSIOLOGICAL or PSYCHOLOGICAL response? (bit obvious but Engage has it as phy)
Extinction of response in OC, more resistant with VARIABLE RATIO or VARIABLE INTERVAL?
Phobia, maintained and strengthened by OPERANT CONDITIONING or OBSERVATIONAL LEARNING? (pretty sure its OC)

If there's anything else anyone has seen been answered differently, please post them here as I'd like to know which are the answers VCAA will most likely accept.
