Specialist Maths?

Hi.

I'm a year 10 currently doing subject selection, and have been having some serious issues with it. I am going to do WACE ATAR English, Maths Methods, Specialist Maths, Physics, Chemistry and General Outdoor Ed or a Cert II in Engineering. I was prequalified by passing NAPLAN and did not have to sit OLNA. I also go to a public/state school.

The problem lies in Maths.

They are refusing to let me do Maths Methods or Specialist and have blocked me from selecting the courses online because I only got a B in general math this semester (and an E in Geometry but that's because that was before I actually pulled my finger out and started studying, otherwise I would have gotten an A). My past grades weren't so good and this year's been the best, but with no A's. I thought that they couldn't stop me because they are a state school and can only make a recommendation but apparently they can just make a complaint to the Education Department if I don't make subject selections and I'm sure that the DOE will side with them over me. And I know that are just trying to ensure that I get my WACE and do what's best to me and aren't doing it to be mean or anything, but I figured that the same thing would happen if I tried to move schools. I have heard of SIDE but I don't know if that would work either.

But believe me, I can totally do the two! I just need to work on my literacy skills and need to get a tutor because of the literacy involved. I have an Extension Maths book that I study in my spare time and there was a question that was really easy, but my explaination wasn't correct. It is my DREAM to be a Pure Mathematician and Theoretical Physicist...................... and the rest. I'm not bad at Mathematics itself, but most people don't understand that. I have gone through the Y11 Specialist Syllabus and doesn't look incredibly difficult to me.............. I can do some of the stuff in it right now. But I HATE working out in tests because I always get it wrong, even though it's still a method of getting the RIGHT ANSWER. I am strong in Number Theory, Algebra, Probability, Geometry, Trigonometry, Quadratics, Logarithms and Polynomials, Statistics, Financial Mathematics and I'm sure that I can work on my skills in graphs and Linear Algebra. I've already planned out my future, and while it sounds pretty unrealistic, I'm sure it's possible-

-Pass with overall scaled score of 99.95 with a 50 in English, at least 75 in Methods, at least 90 in Spesh, 100 in Physics, 100 in Chemistry and very good in whatever 6th class I decide to pick
-Get accepted into the University of Sydney on scholarships for 4 majors, in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology for advanced bachelor's degrees, and apply for the Maths/Science course in the Dalyell Scholars Program, getting at least 96 in all courses,
-Take the same courses at Stanford on scholarships, doing Masters degrees, with at least 97 in all courses
-Get a Ph.D in Pure Mathematics, Theoretical Physics and Astrophysics, Theoretical Chemistry and Theoretical Biology, with at least 97 in all courses

So I will DEFINITELY need through-the-roof scores.

So........... what are my options. Can they stop me or am I going to struggle to be able to find a school which will let my take these courses.
