Preparing for University College interview.

I have my UC interview next tuesday, and I was angling for any tips that might be of use. A friend said you should 'know yourself' well, but really I'm a bit stumped.

University Colleges are communities, therefore they'll want you to possess certain attributes

Team-work/Co-operative behaviour
Communication skills
They'll also look favourably upon any leadership positions or experience. Being a member of the SRC, especially school captain is well received by alot of the Melbourne University colleges. Have examples demonstrating these skills, they are likely to ask about them in one form or another
