Hello all,

I'm looking to pick up the ATAR Notes QCE study guide books for next year for when I start grade 11. I'm in particular looking at the Specialist Maths, Methods, and maybe Chemistry book. They all say 2020-2021 on the front. Just wondering if or when the 2021-2022 updated versions will be released?

Hi Anthony,

All of the QCE study guides are currently for units 3 and 4 (which is year 12 content). I don't know when they will be releasing the updated versions of the study guides but what I do know is that for year 11 you won't be needing any of them.

Kind Regards

Hi Anthony!

Great to hear you're looking to get a head start on Year 11! As JerryMouse has said, we currently only have books for Year 12 subjects so these won't be all that helpful for you next year. However, we'll release new 2021-2023 editions early next year if there are any updates (now that we know what the first year of QCE exams were like!).

We'll also be publishing some Units 1&2 books for Year 11 subjects early next year for all the major subjects, including Chemistry, Methods, and Specialist Maths. There'll be links in the ATAR Notes email newsletters as soon as the books are available, and you can also request other subjects here: https://atarnotes.com/request-qce-subject-study-guide/

Hope that helps! :)

Are there any plans to release study guides for subjects such as economics or legal studies (units 3 and 4)?

Hey JM2019!

Yes, we'd certainly love to expand our range to more humanities-focused subjects like the ones you have mentioned. If you haven't already, please complete the QCE Study Guide request form - this will give us a better indication of what to work on next. :)

Please tell me if there are any ready-made editions for 2022?
