When you are the only one prepared for an upcoming SAC, but the teacher delays it by not one or two, but three weeks because of that very reason (the fact that no one was prepared)

double post
My enviro teacher just spent 20 minutes telling us how the Australian government works to say that government policies are made by departments not just the people we elect  ::) yet to do anything actually relevant to the study design ... now we’re learning about why governments shouldn’t sign legal agreements whilst they’re in caretaker mode. It’s an Enviro science class.

Edit: now he’s complaining about his commute

I just want closed toe sandals that I can wear in the water that fit me and don't cost $150. Is that too much to ask?  :-\

EDIT: Finally found some, only $87 but I had to pay for express shipping because I'm an idiot and leave everything to the last minute I'm really annoyed at myself though because there were cheap ones at Kmart a few months ago but they're not there anymore.

EDIT2: I'm just going to keep adding my complaints about shopping to this haha.
Why are there mens and womens hiking poles? They're metal sticks, why are they gendered?? The sizes are the same except in the mens there's another larger size. Seriously the only difference is that the handles on the womens are softer so that you don't get callouses ::)

3: How is it that womens hiking shirts of the same size can actually be 10cm different because they're different brands??

I love buying outdoor gear

Where are you going?
I'm guessing you have water crossings?

I suspect I would enjoy it more if I didn’t have to pay for it haha

I’m going to Nepal. I don’t think there’ll be water crossings (although we are going during monsoon season), the shoes are mostly for when we go rafting and also around camp (school won’t allow open toe shoes ::))

I cannot stand the inability of some students to stop talking while their teachers/fellow peers are presenting or speaking in assembly. How hard can it possibly be to be quiet for an hour? Your peers have spent hours practicing to perform for you and your teachers likely have something important for you to hear. Astounding.

hypocrisy in teachers (bear in mind I hold no grudge against them for petty things like not showing up to class on time while expecting the same of students etc)

e.g. true story:
when before anzac assembly, teachers are like "turn off your phones, I don't want to hear a sound during this assembly" etc. then during the minute silence, one of those teacher's phones went off for a good 10 sec.
