I need to do science for a prerequisite. Engineering might require some knowledge of science. Speaking on science, does chemistry overlap with math?

No. While you do of course do calculations and stuff, this is very basic level math. There's little to no overlap.

A lot of people at my school are suggesting that I don't do all 3 math, soooo should I aim for science instead? Does that help with my future aspiration of Engineering?

My grades in math has not been the greatest lately. I mean I did not do so well on my most recent test.

If I were you I would still do it anyways, don't make the same mistakes that I made. Even if you do specialist and don't do well you will probably still end up getting a better study score then I did in my subjects. Besides specialist math is hard anyways so even if you fail, well a lot of people fail it too.
