Hello!
The work of WHO is referring to the six functions of WHO
1. Set Norms and standards and promote and monitor their implementation
2. Create policies to promote the health and well-being of affected communities (assist them to take action to promote their health and well being)
3. Provide technical assistance to build sustainable health systems
4. Research Health and well-being and provide information
5. Monitor health and well-being and assess health and well-being trends
6. Provide leadership and develop partnerships and take action to promote health and well-being.
and also just thought i'd say that this differs from the pritorties of WHO, which are
1. Provide universal health coverage
2. Build Healthier Populations
3. Address Health Emergencies
I hope this helps!  :D
