Further clarification for quotations in an english (ADV.) essay...

My question has already been answered as to if I should include who said it and where in the text it was (in relation to quotes in an essay), but I'm just seeking some further clarification... When I write who said it, for example (in The Tempest), Prospero, should I write the exact act and scene that the quote is from or merely describe the action at this point of the play (e.g. "quote..." ACT 5, Scene 1 OR "quote..." as in 'this scene' where 'this happens' etc etc)?

Describe the action surrounding the quote to provide the marker with some context on what you are talking about or potentially link what's happening to one of your themes. Context shouldn't be too long - try to aim for 1 or 2 sentences. For example, Caliban's speech 'You taught me language, and my profit on’t / Is I know how to curse. The red plague rid you. For learning me your language!' highlights (analysis here).

Disclaimer: I did not study the Tempest, but I hope the following example helps regardless!
