Is a 99+ ATAR still possible?

Hello! Umm, I basically got a predicted of around 97.05 and I was hoping for a 99.0 or above. Would anybody be able give me a prospect of the likelihood of this jump?

I'm 10/10 motivated to give it my all though.

What do you need a 99 for? ;D Also, are you eligible for SEAS or any programs that Universities have to accept students on more than their ATAR. (LaTrobe has the Aspire program where they take into account how people give back to their community.)

I don't know much about the technical stuff, but this is the best attitude you could have!
