Intro - Introduce and define the factors that hinder the achievement of justice in the civil justice system (time, cost, accessibility), and explain which principles of justice they hinder. Remember to state your contention (the civil justice system achieves the principles of justice/the civil justice system does not achieve the principles of justice). Intro doesn't need to be too detailed, just touch on the key points which are the three factors. For this specific question, I'd state three positive and three negative factors that affect the POJ in the civil justice system. (e.g. changes to appeals processes, use of representative proceedings, increased use of dispute resolution methods as the positive factors, and legal costs, court delays and barriers to communication as the negative factors)

Body paragraph 1 - Topic sentence. Explain 'cost factors' first, then explain the positive factor and how it affects the POJ. Transition word (However,) and explain a corresponding weakness. e.g. you would pair legal costs and increased use of dispute resolution methods together because they are both cost factors. Explain the negative factor and how it affects the POJ. Link back to contention.

Body 2 - same thing with time factors, which are court delays and changes to appeals processes.

Body 3 - same thing with accessibiltiy factors, which are barriers to communication and use of representative proceedings.

Conclusion - Restate contention, outline three main factors again (time, cost, accessibility) and state the overall effect on the principles of justice (positive/negative).

My teacher told us to use this method and that each paragraph gets you 2 marks for a 10 mark response.
