Anyone know what the entitlements and transition issues for each resignation and dismissal (both summary and on notice) are? Any help is greatly appreciated :)

Hi
For entitlements all business must ensure that
-Annual leave has been paid out (also sick leave)
-Any unpaid wages have been paid out
-A reason for the decision has been provided (especially true with dismissal)
-Long service leave must been paid out

In terms of transition issues, this generally refers to redundancy but can include the types listed above.
Employees that have retiring or who have been made redundant often need assistance, this can be in the form of financial planning, outplacing, preparing a change in CV or offering to be a refernce for another employee that has left the business due to redundancy. This can also be an example of a business demonstrating CSR
