HELP WITH IDENTITY SAC NEEDED

Hi everyone, we have our final SAC coming up on Monday which is an essay on Identity.
Now as you all know, we need examples for the essay and I am struggling SO HARD to find contemporary examples.

Can anyone please give examples on identity if you have any or any suggestions/advice on how to source them.
My teacher said to find examples under the following topics:

The role of language and national identity
Individual and group identity:
-Social and personal variation
-Individual identity and group identity
-Standard and non-standard and prestige
-Social attitudes to non-standard and varieties

Also, advice on how to write a good essay would also be much appreciated as I'm not so good at formulating body paragraphs.
