thoughts on unit2 RAS?

so this thread looks a bit dead, but does anyone have any thoughts on unit2 religion and society?
I go to a catholic school and have to do one unit of VCE religion in yr 10 and 11.
so I'm currently doing RAS u1, I don't mind it but doing it online is a bit of a drag.
I have the option to do either RAS u2 next year, or philosophy u1.
How did people find RAS u2? Is it interesting? Workload?
Thanks :)

u3/4 RAS is far more demanding

For u3/4 RAS you must be familiar with the terminology from 1/2  that's also used in 3/4 (know how to describe them and you'll learn how to apply them in u3/4). So if you ever decide to pick up u3/4 RAS, doing Philo u1 instead of RAS isn't going to disadvantage you and I'd reckon it will even benefit you bc of the critical thinking involved.

Imo u1 Philo (studying u2 Philo in ur personal time too) would be the better choice; the skills and thought processes you develop are applicable to whatever you pursue in the future.
