What audiobook are you listening to right now?

As I'm finding less time to sit and read a book for hours on end at the mo, I've turned to audiobooks to supplement this.

I'm also interested to see who else is into audiobooks!

At the mo I'm listening to the second half of Tess of the D'Urbervilles, and have since loaded onto my old iPod shuffle Wuthering Heights and Phantom of the Opera. I also just picked up a copy of The Bell Jar from the library in the city! :))

A little while ago, I listened to the entire Dorothy Must Die series as audiobooks. They were great for commuting when tired and also long car trips! Most of the time I prefer reading a hard copy of a book but audiobooks are rather great too.

I had no idea that there was a board/thread for this!!
I'm listening to Pride and Prejudice, voiced by Kate Beckinsale and ahhh I'm in love with it! So good!!
It's so good! She actually does different voices for all the characters and her Mr Collins voice as well as the Mother voice kills me every time!
Also, Lydia is perfection!! She sounds exactly like the Lydia in the BBC series.

I listened to The List as an audiobook a little while ago. A tad cliche, but very relatable and quite touching. Could certainly empathise with the characters to an extent, as I think everyone can. The book focused on popularity and rejection and switched between perspectives as characters battled being popular one minute and outcast the next.

Currently listening to Jane Eyre as an audiobook!

I've been using more audiobooks this year, which is probably because I've been listening to them whilst studying.

Do you listen to them to help you study? Or do you listen to them the same way most people listen to music while they study? ;D

Considering books typically don't help me study much (because I study science and somehow classical literature doesn't relate aha), it's the latter for me! ^-^
