Day Eighteen
1. To drink 1.5-2L of water a day.
Suprisingly, desite rehearsing for nine hours today, I managed to drink heaps of water. I was in overalls so it was annoying, but we made it work. :-\

2. To exercise daily: bike-rides, stretching, core workouts ect.
NINE HOURS of rehearsing. This involved running into the audience (while dancing and singing). There was also a backstage dance party, so we were never really sitting still.

3.  To spend a little more time outside, being creative and reading.
Outside:  :( (spent ages in a bus)
Creativity: ;D (acting)
Reading: ;D (spent ages in a bus)


4. To stop snacking after dinner.
Haha nope. But I was doing a lot today.

5. To cut out all lollies. (My go-to comfort food.)
Plenty of rehearsing required plenty of energy.


6. To wear my retainer every night.
Tick!

7. To take off my makeup more and take better care of my skin.
I spent nine hours in stage makeup, including a beard, but I took it off very thoroughly.

8. To read a bible passage each day.

9. To stop going on my phone or any other technology in my bed.

10. To keep my room clean (and tidy it every Sunday).

11. To create and maintain positive study habits.

12. To feel more positive and energetic.
Had a lot of energy today! (High on adrenaline?)

2. To exercise daily: bike-rides, stretching, core workouts ect.
Yep!

3.  To spend a little more time outside, being creative and reading.

I'm eating dinner as a type this (4:34 pm), so probably.

5. To cut out all lollies. (My go-to comfort food.)
Presuming that I'll eat a ton of junk tonight (as it's opening night of the production.)


6. To wear my retainer every night.
Mhm.

7. To take off my makeup more and take better care of my skin.

Hahaha nope. This has slipped by the wayside amidst the chaos of this week. I hope to get around to it on Sunday!

Lots of leg stretches. I'm trying to touch my toes again.

I always have the best intentions, but mum brought me home some cheese from a meeting at work. It was totally worth it.

I had a Caramello Koala today. (One of the big ones.)

Getting fairly used to this!

I got heaps done, but I have two tests tomorrow and I feel underprepared for one of them. I've got a plan though (which does not involve sacrificing any sleep).

Taking a break until next Friday! I'm going to try and maintain some of these habits without the reminder, but I'm having such a hectic time atm so I'm giving up on becoming a completely different person for now.

This is a super good idea! I recommend an app like 30 day ab challenge or similar for your workout goal, as I have personally found it really helpful and because they're usually only quite short: pretty motivating :) To help with staying positive which can be a real challenge around this time of the year, I've benefitted from trying to study with friends or give myself more downtime when I know that I can afford to take sometime off studying.

Unfortunately, a mix of ill health and business has allowed this to fall by the wayside, but I still plan to get back on track. At the minute, my goal is to tidy up my bedroom (which has been getting progressively messier over the past month) in two weeks, while also getting my exercise and water drinking habits back on track. After those two weeks, I'll pick back up where I left off with the long list of daily goals.

I think that I'll post every day and let you know how I've gone with my two important goals.

Today I changed my sheets and generally did a bit of tidying in my room and put together an achievable plan of turning the ridiculous mess into something habitable. In terms of exercise, I did a little running around while I was supervising kids, but nothing particularly strenuous. Once I am able to see my bedroom floor, I should be able to start up my ab workouts again.
