SEAs ?

I believe i do qualify for SEAs category two , under family tax benefit A.

i was wondering if this actually adds to your atar or reduces the entry amount for the course. or a mix of both or if it depends on the course and uni.

Your ATAR itself is not impacted by SEAS. What happens is that unis create a selection rank for you which is ATAR + SEAS + any other considerations
