Hey, just wondering how everyone else is going with their UMAT practice. So far, ive been doing the medentry drills for sections 1 and 3, but i havent found time to fit in a proper exam. What should i do? When should i start exams? I just cant see myself having any more free time (apart from these holidays) to get some proper practice down, as year 12s only going to get more intense. This is sort of worrying me a little bit

Your doing good. Don't over hype yourself like me when I did all the med-entry trials before school started (very bad idea). Try to space out your practice exams evenly till the day of the actual exam. If you every run out of questions for section 1 specifically LSAT questions I found to be very beneficial.

Yep many LSAT stuff online. The questions are harder but there are books on techniques. Especially helps if you aren't good at the logic games.

The post I made a few minutes ago got deleted. I don't know why :S I guess I'll give it another go. :P

Don't panic about the UMAT - there's a lot of people (including myself) that are only doing very minimal preparation. :)

Lol, yeah I saw that you posted beforehand. Weird.
Yeah, I guess I'm just the type that panics all the time hahah. Speaking of panicking, the uncertainty behind this whole umat process just doesn't make me feel comfortable

Just stay calm on the day and you'll do fine. Don't worry about the med aspect of the test but focus on the questions on hand. This is coming from my experience last year of losing cool on section 1 (my best one) and then fighting back on when it was too late :(.

I deleted the post, really not into more people posting stuff like "I'm going to get 1%ile etc etc" when they clearly won't. From someone who's done the UMAT etc, it doesn't help.

Fair enough, although one could debate that my post was not in breach of forum rules. Anyway, I intended to say it in a way that would restore confidence to the OP. My apologies if it came across as insincere.

Yeah it's not against any forum rules, it just isn't helpful and didn't belong here.
