Should I do Classical Studies?

Hi everyone !
i know this page is a /little/ dead, but i thought i should try here anyway ! Im currently in year 11, and i need to pick up a subject (I'm doing global empires, which doesnt have a direct 3/4). I was wondering if any of you have done classical studies 3/4 (or know someone idc), and would be willing to tell me your opinion of it? i also haven't done the 1/2 for it, would that be a hindrance? My school doesnt offer it, so i'd have to do it by distance, again, is that going to be a problem?

do classics. im doing the 3/4 now without the 1/2 and it is my favourite subject. it is quite easy to pick up.

i don't know how they run classics at distance ed, but i did it without 1/2 and it was amazing. highly recommend. 1/2 really isn't that neccesary.
for all the texts you only need to read the english translations so it's more like english but with more historical context.
